If you have purchased a subscription, recurring order, or other ongoing purchase option through Crunch Jar, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
How to Cancel
To cancel your recurring purchase or subscription, please:

Log into your customer account, or

Contact our support team at support@crunchjar.com.au
Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next order cycle.
After Cancellation
Once your subscription or recurring purchase is cancelled:

No future charges will be processed

Any already processed or shipped orders cannot be cancelled

You will continue to receive any orders already confirmed prior to cancellation
Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not provide refunds for processed subscription orders or shipped products unless there is an issue with the order.

Changes to Subscription Products
Crunch Jar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription products or recurring purchase options at any time without notice.
